What is your shipping policy?


We ship all orders within 3-5 business days through USPS and offer free US shipping (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) on all orders over $50 before tax. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped with tracking information.




Can I make a return past the 10 day period for store credit?


Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns past the 10 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay for return shipping to have the items sent back.

How will I receive my store credit?


You will receive a digital gift card via email within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return.




Shipping a gift? or Recieved a gift?


In the note section of your checkout please let us know if you are sending a gift and we will remove the pricing on the invoice.

If you recieved an order as a gift and would like to return for store credit, email customercare@hemsleyboutique.com. Please include your name, description of item and a detailed note of why you are requesting a store credit.
